The MOObile (pronounced: moo-beel)
The MOObile is available for catered events from corporate lunches to reunions. Menus are created and customized based on the venue, the guests, and the type of event.
The MOObile specializes in cooked-to-order smash burgers and tallow fries. Special events call for special menu items, including Steak Frites and house-smoked brisket, as well as unique burgers.
The MOObile is based at Pierce Creek, in Creve Coeur, Missouri, and is a “from scratch” kitchen featuring housemade sauces and using as many local ingredients as possible, including buns and bread baked by Companion Baking Company. We feature Excel soft drinks and The GOAT brand potato chips. The beef is sourced through our cattle company, Pierce Creek Cattle Company, in Lonedell, MO. It is local, pasture-raised, and free from added hormones and unnecessary antibiotics, making it a genuinely farm-to-table product.
