This is a SAMPLE Menu – Winter 2025

We create and customize menus based on the venue, the guests, and the type of event. We offer beef specials and unique burgers throughout the season.  We can provide special menu items like beignets and gluten-free options with prior notice. 

We are a “from scratch” kitchen. Our sauces are housemade, and we use as many local ingredients as possible, including buns and bread baked by Companion Baking Company and bacon from Kern Meat.  Our beef is sourced through our Pierce Creek Cattle Company in Lonedell, MO. It is local, pasture-raised without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics, and genuinely farm-to-table.
