We create menus based on the venue, the guests, and the type of event. We offer beef specials, like Steak Frites, and special burgers throughout the season.

This is our basic 2024 season menu. We are a “from scratch” kitchen. Our sauces are housemade and we use as many local ingredients as possible including buns and breads baked by Companion Baking Company and bacon from Kern Meat.  Our beef is sourced through our cattle company, Pierce Creek Cattle Company in Lonedell, MO. It is local, pasture-raised without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics, and truly farm-to-table.
