Our mission is simple yet impactful: to bring healthy, locally raised, pasture-fed beef to a wider audience. With a commitment to quality and sustainability, The MOObile was launched in May 2023, offering a delectable menu centered around 100% locally sourced beef.
We are a “from scratch” kitchen making our sauces in-house and using as many local ingredients as possible, including Companion Baking Company buns and The GOAT Brand Potato Chip Company.
The MOObile isn’t just about serving great food; we’re all about sharing the love for locally sourced, top-quality beef. Our menu includes tallow fries, grilled cheese, and we can make a black bean burger for special occasions.
